These terms govern your use of pixodust.com and any Pixodust mobile game available through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Who we are
Pixodust Aplicativos LTDA, doing business as Pixodust Games, CNPJ 30.034.069/0001-05, a Brazilian company based at Rua Maria Carolina, 692, CJ 101, CEP 01445-000, São Paulo - SP, Brazil. Contact: privacy@pixodust.com.
If a store page, receipt, or game screen names another publisher or platform, that publisher or platform may also apply its own terms to that transaction or service.
Acceptance and eligibility
By using the website or playing our games, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or games.
You must be at least 13 years old to use our games. If you are a minor where you live, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian.
License to use the games
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play our games for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
We keep all rights in the games, website, characters, artwork, code, music, names, logos, and other content.
Rules of use
You may not reverse engineer, modify, copy, resell, redistribute, exploit bugs, use cheats, bots, hacks, unauthorized third-party tools, interfere with servers, bypass security, harass other players, or use the games or website for illegal activity.
Support messages, attachments, and feedback
If you send support messages, screenshots, videos, audio, save files, logs, or other attachments, you confirm that you have the right to send them and that they do not contain illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
You grant Pixodust a limited right to use those materials only to provide support, investigate bugs, improve the games, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Do not send sensitive personal data unless it is necessary for the support request.
If you send ideas, suggestions, or feedback, we may use them without owing compensation, provided we do not use your personal data except as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Game saves and optional platform accounts
Our games may create an anonymous game identifier to save progress, provide support, detect abuse, and restore purchases. You may also connect Google Play Games or Apple Game Center. Those platform services are optional and governed by their own terms.
Keep a copy of your Game ID before contacting support or changing devices.
In-app purchases and virtual items
Some games offer optional in-app purchases such as virtual currency, boosters, bundles, or other digital items. Virtual items have no cash value, are licensed for gameplay only, and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for money.
Digital items are normally delivered immediately after store confirmation. Refund eligibility, withdrawal rights, taxes, payment errors, chargebacks, and billing disputes are handled under Apple App Store or Google Play policies and mandatory consumer law. We do not receive your full payment card details. If a purchase was charged but not delivered, contact support from inside the game and include your Game ID and receipt.
Store and platform terms
If you download a game from the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another platform, that platform’s terms also apply. The platform is not responsible for our games except where its own terms or mandatory law say otherwise. If platform terms require additional rights or procedures for purchases, refunds, claims, or app use, those platform terms apply to the relevant transaction.
Ads and rewarded ads
Our free-to-play games may show advertising. Some games offer optional rewarded ads in exchange for in-game rewards. Third-party ad networks may process device and advertising identifiers as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Updates, availability, and changes
We may update, balance, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue content, features, events, rewards, or games. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Platform outages, maintenance, network issues, fraud prevention, or force majeure events may interrupt access.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access, reset progress, remove items, or block support if we reasonably believe there is cheating, fraud, chargeback abuse, security risk, unlawful activity, or a breach of these terms.
You may stop using the games at any time by uninstalling them.

Disclaimers and liability
The website and games are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, except for warranties or rights that cannot be excluded by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixodust is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of progress, loss of profits, or third-party platform outages.
Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Courts in São Paulo, SP, Brazil have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules give you the right to use another forum.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
